Appliances
For your convenience, there is a fridge, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, cooktop, and television in all Studios & Apartments.
The apartments also have an oven.
Apartment cooktops: Please only use the cookware sets provided in your apartment, as they are designed for induction plates only (Please refer to the user manual provided in your kitchen drawer near the cooktop).
All apartments have laundry facilities, including a washing machine and clothes dryer. Note: the exhaust fan must be on in order to operate the dryer.

Air Conditioning & Heating
Every room has its own individually controlled air conditioning unit allowing you to heat or cool the room for your own comfort. We have pre-set the temperature dial to 24 degrees. If you require assistance, please contact Reception.
Airport Transfers
Cairns Airport is situated approximately 17 kilometres from Trinity Collective. We would be happy to arrange limousine, taxi or bus transfers to the airport. We suggest you allow approximately 30 minutes for the journey depending on traffic.
ATM
The nearest Teller Machines (ATM) are located in Trinity Beach Coastwatcher shopping Centre or Campus Smithfield Shopping Village.

Check in time is from 2.00pm unless by prior arrangement.
Check Out
Check out time is strictly by 10am.
May we kindly request that you do not leave the keys in your room. Please drop your keys of at reception. Unless you are departing before reception hours. Please drop the keys in the night safe outside the entry gate.
If you depart before 6am you will need your swipe card/keys to open the front gate.
This gate will be closed between 6am and 6pm for security reasons.
Coffee & Tea Facilities
Coffee and tea making facilities are available in your room.
To contact emergency services directly dial “000” We highly recommend that you familiarise yourself with the recommended procedures in case of fire or emergency as explained in the ‘Safety & Security’ section of this directory.
Your hairdryer is located in the drawer in the bathroom unit.

Keys
May we kindly request that you do not leave the keys in your room upon checkout. Please drop your keys off at reception. If you depart before 6am you will need your swipe card/keys to open the front gate.
THE KEYS CAN THEN BE DROPPED IN THE NIGHT SAFE NEAR THE ENTRY GATE.
This gate will be closed between 6am and 6pm for security reasons.
Please report lost keys to Reception Desk immediately.
Maintenance
Should you experience any equipment failure or difficulties in your room, please notify us and we will attend to the problem as soon as possible.
Non-Smoking
All studios, apartments, balcony’s, patios and common areas within Trinity Collective grounds are strictly non-smoking.
We kindly request that you smoke near the entry gate or carpark near the fire pump room.
Pool Safety and Pool Towels
For your own and other guests’ safety please do not use glassware or crockery in our pool area. (acrylic tumblers) are available from reception. Please ensure all children are always supervised when using our pool.
Pool towels are available from reception desk. After use, please leave the towels in the basket provided on the patio near the café/vending machine area. May we kindly request that you do not wash these towels in the laundry in your room.
Reception / Cafe Lounge & Adjoining Outdoor Area
Our reception/cafe lounge is designed for communal use, please feel free to use these facilities, and we do request that you respect the privacy and tranquillity of your neighbour. The Café lounge and adjoining area may also be booked for exclusive private use, we appreciate your understanding when this occurs as communal use is then restricted

Please dispose of your waste at the far end of the carpark in the enclosed commercial bin area

Our television is operated by a remote-control unit located in your room. It can be viewed from either the bedroom or lounge room.
